This document ("Privacy Policy") describes the privacy policy of INOVE ONLINE and it intends to provide information about how and why personal data is collected and processed, according to EU's General General Data Protection Regulation 
2016/680. 

We tried to write it in a simple and clear speech, with all the information divided in categorized sections, in order to simplify the reading. Regardless that, please, feel free to contact us. 



DEFINITIONS

PERSONAL DATA
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

PROCESSING
Any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction;

RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING
The marking of stored personal data with the aim of limiting their processing in the future;

CONTROLER
The natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data, in this case, Inove Online;

PROCESSOR
A natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;

CONSENT OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject’s wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her;



1. Personal data of clients 

The personal data of Inove Online's clients are processed because needed to celebrate contracts, to provide services, to manage the system where the data is stored, to ensure the security of the information and to fullfil legal obligations. 
The data is processed also to pursuit legitimate interests of Inove Online and may include communications regarding marketing and sales. Neverthless, the data subject can oppose that anytime as described in article 5.


2. Personal data of non clients 

Personal data collected from information requests or in the context of pre-contractual endeavors or from communication's subscription are processed with good will and regarding the purposes for which they where primarly given. Neverthless, the data subject can oppose that anytime as described in article 5.


3. Time limit for the storage of personal data 

The personal data, whether from clients or non clients, are stored for different amounts of time according to two conditions: the type of the relationship established between the data subject and Inove Online and the purpose for which the data was colected, always complying to legislation.


4. Processors on behalf of the controller

The personal data may be processed by public authorities, agencies or other companies on behalf of Inove Online for billing purposes, deliveries, accounting or legal support, among others identified before to the processing. These authorities, agencies and other companies undertake to comply the law and to adopt every necessary security measure to assure the privacy of the data and to garantee the rights of the data subject.


5. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to access the personal data, to change it, to limit its processing, to portate and to the erase the data. To ask for anything related to personal data, the data subject must contact info@inoveonline.com. Inove Online compromises to apply every possible security measure and, in case of security breach, Codigo Essencial will inform the data subject and to make every effort to solve the situation diligently. Dispite all the promptitude of Inove Online the data subject keeps the right to make a complain directly to a supervisory authority. 


5.1. Right to restriction of processing including profiling based on those provisions
The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing, including the impediment of profiling based on provisions. Inove Online must analyse the request and the situation, and can only refuse to do what the data subject asked for when the company's legitimate motives take precedence over those of the data subject.

5.2. Right to data portability

When the data subject asks for data portability, If technically feasible, he or she shall receive the personal data concerning him or her, which he or she has provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided. The situations must be analysed singly. Data portability is not equivalent to data erasure. This process must be solicitated separately, as described in 5.3. 

5.3. Right to erasure

The data subject have the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning him or her without undue delay and the controller have the obligation to erase personal data without undue delay, except when there is legal obligation to keep the data. 6. Security measures

Inove Online undertakes to put in place the appropriate technical and organization measures to protect the data against destruction, ilicit or acidental, acidental lost, non authorized alterations, access or difusion, or any other ilegit processing, specialy when the data is processed online. The security measures adopted follow the best procedures in terms of firewall use and intrusion detection systems, access restriction, operations register (logging) and the respective monitorization and auditory, the collect and transmition of data through secure means.


7. Cookies Policy

Cookies are small text files stored in the user's browser when he or she visits sites. In some cases, they are erased after the visit. In others, they are kept to help further visits.
